Many business owners start out with global ambitions and say, “I’ve got to win in Brazil.  I’ve got to win in Africa.  I’ve got to win in China.” At least, Jeff Immelt, chief executive of US giant General Electric (GE) feels that way.  Despite challenges, going global is often the only way for successful companies — big or small — to keep growing.
